I often make myself a fruit smoothie for breakfast, just to get me started and ready for the day. I don't like the hassle of preparing a sandwich or anything like that, and am trying to avoid bread as musch as I can. So if you want to try it, here goes!
Mix the following ingredients in a blender:
Two cups of (frozen) blueberries
one teaspoon of clear honey
a cup of oats (or boiled rice if preferred)
half a banana
one cup of (soy)milk
enjoy!
