Hi everyone, who here has a lot of experience in designing a fitness regime specifically designed for women? Right now I start with 30 mins of cardio (rowing, running, stairs, crosstraining) after whoch I move on to ten minutes of weights, ten minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weights, ten minutes of cardio, another ten minutes of upper body weights and a ten minute walking cool down. What do you think of this plan?
