Hey guys im struggling to lose my belly fat. I've tried CLA supplements and they did not provide any help. Also Ive changed up my diet drastically and that doesnt seem to be helping at all. Ive reduced white sugars and starches as well as eating a strictly a protien, vegetable, and fruit diet. My exercise regimen consists of an hour and a half of cardio everyday. What am I doing wrong? Please help!
