Hi everyone! I was wondering what foods are best to eat for women with pear shapes? You know how they have the shape categories of pear, apple, hourglass, ect. A pear is when women mostly store thier weight around their hips and butt. Is their any way to slim this area down to get a more hourglass figure? That is my goal for the summer.
