I've always heard you should have a snack before you go to a party where food will be served. Especially if it's appetizer type finger foods. I don't want to over eat this weekend at a Super Bowl party, but having a snack before doesn't work for me. Any ideas on how not to overeat in this type of situation? I think I just need some wheel power to stop when I'm full.
