Howdy!

Hello everybody! I live in Ohio and go by Valerie :) I thought this forum looked like a good place that would allow me to interact with other members and learn about health/fitness/etc. I love to learn and I am interested in a healthy lifestyle, well healthier than I have been living most of my life. lol
