It is a new year and as usual we have a new years resolution. Mine is to follow simple and achievable rules to stay healthy. Though simple but I admit I have a hard time following my own rules and tempted so many to break it. Here is my list to stay healthy.
1. Only one cigarette per day
2. Jog five kilometers twice a week
3. Can only eat on fast foods on weekends
4. No more than two slices of pizza
5. Water therapy
6. Sleep more than five hours a day
