This is a question for the ladies. What do you do to maintain your weight? A lot of women's weight fluctuate during their menstrual cycle and throughout the month. Some women gain and loose a lot of weight within a matter of few weeks. Is it possible to maintain our weight without loosing or gaining too much weight in a month? What do you eat to "stabilize" your weight? are greatly appreciated!
