I am having trouble finding foods that will keep me feeling full and satisfied during the day.
I try to eat some protein at each mean but lately it seems like that isn't even working!
It seems like once I eat then my brain seems to think hey let's keep eating! I wonder if I have dipped into too many sugary carb type of foods and it is triggering the cravings again.
At any rate, I need to find some good alternatives that will keep me feeling full.
Any ideas?
