Hello forum!
I am writing this because I've noticed my (forced) eating habits are just awful and I'm seeing signs of losing shape. My diet consists mainly of sugary foods, I usually eat a regular lunch which is the only meal of the day without.
As this is a forced diet I am not mainly asking for tips to change it. Rather, I would like you to give me tips on how to make the most of this hopeless situation!
