I've used whey protein with great success for nearly 6 months now. However, gluten seems to be a buzzword among healthy folks these days. I don't know much about gluten but I know soy protein is a common supplement as well. Though I'm hesitant to use soy products considering the amount of genetic modification involved. Help explain to the severely supplement-ignorant the pros and cons of whey and soy protein!:confused:
