A study conducted by a cosmetic manufacturing company has concluded that women look their ugliest at 3 PM ON WEDNESDAY.
Now the company has also invented a theory to support its conclusions.
Honestly, I do not agree with the study, it is just sort of trick of company to remain in focus.
