Wild Edibles!

I've recently taken to researching wild flora that have alleged medicinal applications.

Here are some examples:

- Duckweed: High in protein. Obvious benefits for those who want to make gains.

- Wild Leeks: Said to reduce blood pressure.

- Wintergreen: Contains Methyl Salicylate which treats headaches and minor body aches.

1. Is there any validity to these specific findings?

2. What are the most potent wild plants native to the US for treating pain?

Thanks in advance for clearing things up and helping with my research!
