I'm a huge fan of intermittent fasting (Leangains) and compound exercises. I like to work out really hard (think 20-rep squats, deadlifts, etc.) so that I can feel I'm getting bigger and bigger. Hopefully I'll be able to convince some of you to give intermittent fasting a try!
