I hope my question makes sense and I will explain further if it doesn't. I have really high Metabolism and it been helping me a lot. I been pretty lazy to go to the gym and I basically haven't gone for a month or so. I eat like a crazy pig,(One large pizza with XL fries and gets hungry in 2 hours) and I want to know how to stop eating like that. I know that my metabolism will start to slow down but if I eat like this, I will soon gain the weight and before I know it, I will be fat.
