Passion Fruit

After living in a tropical country for a number of years I finally decided to try passion fruit! Nope, it did not make me more passionate (already am LOL) but it is healthy and a nice change from the norm.

They have a tough leathery skin so you should use a very sharp knife when opening them and you need a spoon to eat as it is about 99% liquid. The taste is similar to a sour kiwi fruit and eat them over a napkin as you will probably spill a bit! At least I do!
