Apparently there are certain bad habits that are actually good for us.
Those habits include:
Gossiping. Studies are proving that gossiping can relieve feelings of anxiety, which I suffer pretty bad with sometimes. I need to find people to gossip about lol
Fidgeting is the next habit, which I'm also glad for, because my anxiety makes it so that i fidget a lot. Apparently, fidgeting can speed up your metabolism. Hormones are also released when people fidget, and they work similarly to the chemicals that are released into our brains when we workout.
The third one is Coffee. Sipping coffee has apparently been proven to contain more antioxidants than most other food. That quality is useful for stopping chronic diseases.
What do you guys think? Have you ever noticed the benefit of any of these activities.
