I read the other day that if you drink too much water it can actually hurt you. Sorry can't find that article again. But the bottom line was if you drink too much water, you won't feel hungry. So by not feeling hungry you won't eat the necessary nutrients. Am curious if you believe that or not?
I don't agree. As I don't think, no matter how many glasses of water I drink, I would not eat. I eat several small meals a day and if I get side-tracked, my body is pretty good a letting me know, it's time to eat.
