I always have string cheese in the refrigerator for when I get a hunger attack and crave protein. Low in calories and fat it is full of calcium and other vitamins. I love Brie cheese and Havarti, but I only eat them occasionally for a treat.
I do not eat cheese in excessive portions though, but I am just wondering if cheese is healthy? I know it has the bad cholesterol, but isn't the calcium it has good for you?
