Will I see any sort of muscle gains by doing a dirty bulk? Or will I just get fat? I've never really tried bulking before but I really do want to gain size. I'd do a dirty bulk if I actually gained muscle. I don't mind if I put on a bit of fat because I intermittent fast and the fat comes off quick when I cut. But I'm just concerned about getting a bit bigger.
