Hiya everyone,
I'm about 13 weeks pregnant and just wondered what everyone did to tone up and stay super healthy while pregnant.
I have had an OK pregnancy so far and not been advised not to exercise so I'm trying to find out what everyone else did and whether it worked for you. Obviously I know my stomach is going to grow but I want that to be the only thing that grows if you know what I mean.
I want to be as healthy and fit as possible for the birth. I currently take my pregnacare vitamins daily and walk regularly.
