I'm currently undecided which is the best. Chest and triceps or chest and biceps. Is it better to do triceps as you use them when working on your chest? Or is it better to work on biceps because you don't use them? My main concern is that if I work on triceps and chest I won't be able to lift heavier weights when I focus on them, because they'll get tired when I'm working on my chest. Any advice?
