Which do you prefer? Straight sets or pyramid sets. I have always done pyramid sets, but lately I have tried the other. Straight sets seem to be easier to track progress, as you can just add one more rep to every session. Which do you believe is better for results? Straight sets is when you keep the same weight and reps throughout your exercise such as 150 x 10 for 3 sets on bench, while an example of pyramid sets would be 135 x 12, 150 x 10, and 165 x 6.
