We're all aware that veggies are the way to go for a healthy diet.
Each one of us who eats veggies surely has a favorite one to tell.
I love eating dark green lettuces because it has antioxidants and vitamins compared to the iceberg ones.
Also, this dark green lettuce gives more fiber which lowers blood cholesterol and prevent diabetes and heart disease.
