I have used protein shakes before in the past but have not in awhile. I am curious how to get protein in my diet in other ways.
I eat eggs and meat, so I am getting some of it that way. I just want a quick easy way to get extra protein in my diet.
What are some quick easy ways to get my protein in my diet especially for my breakfast in the mornings would be nice.
