Don't Use Supplements

Supplements are not good for your body. They may add muscle, but in the long run they only cause detriment to you. By taking drugs like creatine, you are basically adding muscle without real work. That is unnatural muscle and something that you can never really be proud of. I would suggest usiing only why protein, as that is a real sort of food that you eat. I hope this helps!
