How to Gain Bulk-QUICK

Gaining bulk is something that most skinny people endeavor to do. By bulk, I mean muscle bulk, not simply fat. It involves a lot of eating and exercising.

First of all, you have to eat A LOT! And exclude junk food and soda, these foods are only detrimental to muscle building. If you are trying to body build and drink soda at the same time, forget it. Eat meats, fruits and veggies. Beef and fish are the best meats to eat, and bananas are the best fruit. Leafy green veggies (e.g. lettuce) and the traditional tomatoes and cucumbers are also the best choice. If you have trouble with making yourself eat, I would suggest appetite stimulates. These stimulates do not harm your body, but merely increase appetite.

Exercise regularly. When I say exercise, I mean work out. Hard. You should be lifting weights and doing bodyweight exercises, and use a gym if you can. If you are close to a gym, that is the best. Concentrate on arm and shoulder muscles, upper torso and back, and quadriceps coupled with calves. If you have anything to add or comment, please do.
