I've recently started working out in the mornings (about 6 or 7am), before I eat breakfast for about an hour. The problem is that I feel weak and dizzy at times when working out due to hunger :/
Is there any way I can overcome this, since I can't eat before working out. I'd get cramps and it's more effective to workout before eating, right?
Also, what is a preferred breakfast after exercise? I normally eat oatmeal and I carried that on with my new routine, but it's just carbs and not protein. I don't have time to make eggs or something else that involves cooking, since I have an extremely busy schedule (at least I can fit working out in!).
