So I accidentally lost a bunch of weight that I did not want to lose. I was happy with my body, and then due to some depression, I stopped really going to the gym and I guess I stopped eating. I was pretty unhappy, so I decided to start going to the gym again and lifting heavy, and eating more healthy meals with more added fat. I realized that when I lost weight I went from a 32C to a 32B and I'm super unhappy about that. I'm going to the gym and trying to change my diet- what can I do to regain weight and go back to my original bust size! obviously my body is capable of it!
