I’m within the weight lower week earlier than my jiu-jitsu competitors this Saturday. Weigh ins are Friday and I ponder this… I do not need ANY salt from sunday to weigh-ins, and I need to comprehend if forty-50mg of sodium a day can be an issue. Eating sucks, and I want to have some protein shakes to up my protein intake since i’m eating 3 meals a day. But most protein shakes have a bit of sodium in there. So if I take merely 40-50mg of sodium a day with a protein shake, will it affect my weight loss that much ? I’m water loading too so i am doing 2Gallons, 1 gallon, 1 gallon, .5 gallon and .025 gallon on the remaining day prior to weigh ins.&#thirteen;
