I was once doing a standing again-tuck at cheer and that i landed on my knee improper.?

My knee immediatly swelled and i will be able to barely stroll on it. I additionally seen that after i stroll, i will hear and really feel it grinding. I dont understand if i must go to the physician or now not, so i needed some opinions first. Thanks(:
