If it is your birthday, but not yet your birth time, which age should you use to interpret your body fat percentage?

I will be turning 19 tomorrow at 11:59:50 PM, so while it will be my 19th birthday, I will still technically be 18 when I take my morning measurements. When interpreting my body fat percentage tomorrow, do I use 18 or 19 as my age to interpret my body fat percentage, considering the healthy range is different for age 18 and 19 (10.0% to 19.9% for age 18, and 9.0% to 19.9% for age 19)?
