Question: If it is your birthday, but not yet your birth time, which age should you use to interpret your body fat percentage?

If it is your birthday, but not yet your birth time, which age should you use to interpret your body fat percentage?

I will be turning 19 tomorrow at 11:59:50 PM, so while it will be my 19th birthday, I will still technically be 18 when I take my morning measurements. When interpreting my body fat percentage tomorrow, do I use 18 or 19 as my age to interpret my body fat percentage, considering the healthy range is different for age 18 and 19 (10.0% to 19.9% for age 18, and 9.0% to 19.9% for age 19)?
