I am looking for a high protein diet. Everyday I intake around 1600 calories and burn 700 a day. It leaves me with a net of 900-1050 calories a day. I am eating tons of chicken and fruit & eggs. I have lost 15 pounds doing this (over 2 weeks) (thats nearly a pound a day). I weighed 216 pounds when I started and now weigh 199 . My goal weight is 175 (I am 5' 10" and male). Any pointers for me? I would love all of your feed back. Thanks In Advance!
