I'm looking for a diet, or maybe just methods to keep my energy up throughout the day. I go to school in the morning and work during the night (40 hrs a week) and I'm try a keep my energy high w.o using things like coffee and energy drinks. I do take vitamins in the morning but that's about it, if anyone knows effective ways to not get fatigued throughout the day your assistance is helpful
