trying to lose weight after c section?

I'm 4'9" weigh about 145 I'm assuming. I gained a lot of weight with my son and I'm trying to lose it its going to be 4 months since I had him. I would like advice on how to lose this weight at least by December or January I stopped breastfed ng due to sickness I've been eating very healthy and do insanity but the weight won't come off are there any diet pills protein shakes anything that may help me shed the weight quick
