Be in a caloric deficit. What this means is that you should eat less calories than your body already uses. This is called your BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate) you can find it out online. Once you've found your BMR then eat 400 less calories than that each day, and track your progress. Also incorporate a cheat day to your diet once a week so your body doesn't think it's starving, and so that it keeps on burning your fat.
