Just stick a little below the number and you will lose weight! You can incorporate any diet to the program. However, there are groups you can join, I joined the low carb group, I love it. Tons of recipes as well as advice. Also, they have live chat available for you to get answers to your questions in real time. On Wednesday nights they have group chat where all members interact on a scheduled topic. You can leave msgs. and they get answered very quickly. Starving will only keep you in chaos, I really hope you give this a shot it's the only thing that saved me. I use to eat 800-900 calories and work out for as long as I could, only to binge and gain all the weight back. I would feel horrible about myself and it sucked!!
