Query: The right way to make wrist reduce scars fade?

I’ve an ongoing struggle with excessive melancholy in my existence and I used to chop my left wrist/arm rather a lot. Most definitely 12 complete scars, some extra glaring than others.

I’ve given that stopped (have not in four months) and do not plan too any further.

I used to be questioning if somebody had a just right technique to making the scars from the previous fade?
