The Rabbit Hole Diet
Shuffle a deck of 52 cards, Jokers included. Close your eyes. Don’t peek. Draw a card. Meet your new friend for the day. Keep him (or her) with you, they know what to do. If you draw a red card, drink two cups of tea that day. If you draw a black card, do 100 jumping jacks above your normal workout routine.

Rules:
Red: you may eat the calories in food
Black: liquids only
Ace: 100 calories
2: 200 calories
3: 300 calories
4: 400 calories
5: 500 calories
6: 600 calories
7: 700 calories
8: 800 calories
9: 900 calories
10: 1000 calories
Jack: eat what you want, but work out for at least 2 hours.
Black Queen: black tea or coffee
Red Queen: tea or coffee, milk and sugar allowed
Black King: water fast
Red King: any liquids
Joker: no matter you need
When dwelling together with your folks, and you have got to devour diner, simply consume it. The energy will depend for the remainder of the day. However devour little and exercise after or prior to.
