Extra mass whereas bicycling?

So about 2 months in the past I began doing heavy lifting, which I spotted slightly development in physique measurement after the primary 30 days. On my 2nd month, I used to be form of caught in a challenge of getting to bike 10 miles a day, 5 days per week to get to work, faculty, and again dwelling wherein I realized my fingers began having a look a tad smaller than prior to. I am afraid 10 miles a day on the bike is making burn an excessive amount of energy, making my palms seem smaller than prior to… however I kind of haven’t any option!
