I’ve been to 2 physios and one mentioned I had bicep tendonitis, the opposite a rotator cuff strain, each cleared me to raise once more.
Alternatively, I’ve observed when lifting that on my injured (proper aspect) I get much more pump/pressure within the muscle groups ( within the bicep and particularly forearm) – this isn’t accompanied by way of ache.
I’m guessing it’s because the injured facet is weaker and over compensating it’s getting extra anxious.
Must i decrease the load I’m lifting or is that this adequate so long as there is not any ache?&#thirteen;
