I am 200 kilos, 5′ 10″. And these are my present stats for lifting:
5×5 Deadlift = 315
5×5 BackSquat = 280
5×5 Bench Press = 220
5×5 Overhead Press = a hundred forty five
Are these excellent numbers? I do know for sure now not the strongest, however rather above moderate? moderate? under reasonable?

Both means, I’m doing sturdy lifts 5×5 presently. Clearly revolutionary overload and consuming extra will lend a hand increase energy. Anything I will do although?
