Started Slimming work 11 days ago, started at 12 stones, 8 and a half stones.
only lost 1.5 pounds in my first week. is this normal?
I know I had a few syns more then I should have but really stuck to the plan otherwise, healthy a’s and b’s and even with syns, maybe I had about 10 syns more then I should have for the week. unless im calculating wrong.
Im a vegetarian, and quite fussy with food. only seem to like potatoes, pasta and eggs lol and I don’t want to get sick of them by eating them everyday.
n I like desserts…….any ideas? could reall use the support. and im just about learning to figure out how to use this website as well.
