Jamie’s Paleo Comeback

Hello All,

I have been missing for a few years, and I certainly didn’t stay Paleo all the time. I’m older now, more tired, and heavier. I broke down the other day, and told my partner that I’ve had enough. I am going back to the Paleo WOE, because it’s never failed me before. I started yesterday at 222.8 lbs, at 5’10”.


Day 1 – 222.8 lbs – 0 lbs lost


Snacks


1 handful of mixed nuts

4 apple slices with almond butter

1 slice of uncured ham

5 mini carrot sticks dipped in 2 tablespoons of tahini

1 handful of Costco Kool Ranch Kale chips


Meals


2 pork ribs with BBQ sauce

1 teriyaki chicken breast

1 cup of cauliflower

1/2 cup of inexperienced beans
