Is it alright to do a full physique exercise on a regular basis?



I just lately began figuring out and I at present do a full physique exercise together with apps on my cellphone and simply random workouts. It on a regular basis lasts slightly below 2 hours. I do that 5 days every week (Monday-Friday) and I am now not positive if it is excellent for my physique. Will it’s efficient? Is it ok to do that? Will it harm my physique now/someday?
