It sounds to me as if you do not drink sufficient water for starters. Since you don’t say what kind of assessments or who administered them, it is laborious to assert extra. It does not sound customary although. If you have not been to a health care provider, go. In case you have, possibly you will have to imagine a 2nd opinion.
