What is the best way to take LSD?

I always put it under my tongue for like 15 or 20 mins but I realized it makes me extremely nauseous and I almost throw up from it, I’ve done lsd a few times and last time I kept it for only 5 then swallowed the blotter. I’m planning on doing it again and I want to know if it will reduce the effects if I swallow the blotter right away? Has anyone else had this problem with nausea while keeping a blotter in their mouth?
