Query: Will this food regimen assist me shed pounds?

I am on a restricted profits however seeking to reduce weight and devour more fit. Here is what I had the previous day and up to now these days.


B: breakfast burrito, tea

L: peanut butter & jelly sandwich, water

PM Snack: 2 handfulls cheddar Sunchips

D: borsch w/1 T bitter cream, huge slice of selfmade complete wheat bread, 1t margarine (I make my borsch vegetarian type with simply beets, cabbage, potatoes, onion, and carrots)


Thu

B: Cheerios, milk

AM Snack: half of apple (I used to be in a position to get a dozen huge apples for simply $four the day past!), inexperienced tea w/1 tsp honey

L: 2 soup-mug servings cream of tomato soup (massive can condensed tomato soup, soup can of milk, small can tomatoes), slice of cheddar cheese.

Dinner tonight is generally cabbage with half of red meat polish sausage for just a little further taste.


I understand the chips and burrito have been dangerous the day prior to this. No excuses. Some other useful criticim to strengthen my weight loss plan?
