you are much closer to under weight for your height than over weight. however, that is just what the scale shows. it does not know if your 109 pounds is muscle or fat. do you exercise, do you participate in any sports? do you dance or go for long walks?
movement is good for health, and a nice side effect is that if builds muscles which make you look fit not fat, makes your clothes fit a little nicer. it also lets you ignore people who way you are over weight or fat.
