Walking energizes me! I walk an hour twice a day as fast as I can go! NO! It doesn't make me hungry as I am on a very strict meal plan that has very few starchy carbs in it. Meats, cheeses, eggs and salads!! NO grain products, NO milk products other than cheese, NO soft sweet fruits, NO root veggies! I rarely get hungry!
